PAT modules

Masterdata:
PAT offers the possibility to administrate several companies and locations. Your customer-, supplier- and variety-data are all entered uniform and centralized.
With the cultivation schedules the production can be planned detailed and day based. Even production over several cultivation steps and over different locations are possible.
Because of the flexible pricing-module you can relate prices for singular varieties or variety-groups, weekly based as a base price, quantity scale or customer-prices.

Oder administration:
All general settings for customers or varieties are being entered automatically from the master data on entering new orders. Of course they can be changed at every time. On entering varieties in an order PAT checks the consistency of all data for a successful production. Availabilities of the sales or the production-material are being calculated and displayed.

Production/Stock-administration:
by means of detailed production-lists you always can control of production-dates and -amounts. You can enter production amounts without having an order for them and then administrate and sell them as a stock.
The stock-amounts is permanently actualized so that you always have an overview of you stocks.
Even the administration of mother plants can be done very easy and convenient with PAT.

Invoicing:
Ceate delivery notes, invoices and credit notes from your orders, as well as license- or commison clearing.

Dispatch:
Dispatch palnning can be done very easy. Just drag and drop the orders to the delivery tours and vehicles.
At partial deliveries PAT enters the rest amount in the delivery list automatically, So you have a good overview over quantity-changes. Detailed packing- and freight-lists help you delivering your goods and with the announcing-module you are able to inform your customers in advance about their deliveries. Empties, freight-costs and volumes are being calculated automatically.

Puchasing:
Administrate your puchase-orders with PAT. You can create a purchase-order directly from an order, the required raw-material is being calculated for each production day and can be saved as a purchase and can directly be sent to the suppliers. Delivered orders from your suppliers can be booked to the stock and then be administrated.

Statistics:
In addition to the many default-reports you can create several individual statistics and reports. The settings for this can be saved as a profile.

Reports/templates:
The layout of the templates (order, delivery note, invoice etc.) can be designed individually for each company.
